OUR INTIAL VISIT –09-01-2005
With the Coimbatore Collector’s assistance for authentic approval & guidance and the consent of the Nagai Collectorate ,we stepped forward with the money and the materials that came pouring in from all quarters-parents , teachers ,students & our well-wishers. A team left for Nagai on the ninth January 2005 with a bus laden with artiles worth Rs.75,000/- with Mr. Kaliyamurthi ,the Dist .Rehabilitation Officer ,Nagai & Ms. Supriya Sahu I.A.S, General Secretary for Health, to render all support, we were allotted the Seruthur village- the forth in the devastation list. Mrs. S.S.Jayalakshmi ,Director of the Institution ,taking charge of all arrangements to be made, assured to help the Balawadi & Anganwadi schools and arranged a team to visit Nagai every two months.
